I love to make stuff. And I love to tell stories. Twenty years ago these interests converged KAZAAM! into a career developing kids content for domestic, global and school markets.

I have worked both inside organizations and in a consultative role with companies like YouTube Kids, LeapFrog, Little Passports, Crayola and Disney to help establish a cohesive voice and excellent, exciting, enriching products for kids.

And, I like to write—a lot!

I have written more than 200 original print books and eBooks, 10 full-length video scripts, 60 interactive toy and mobile app scripts as well as workshop materials and parent guides.

 Highlights

  • Serving as Editorial Director leading content development for a library of 300+ original eBooks for the Todo English EFL program

  • Producing (and naming) Tadoodles, the first interactive creativity line for Crayola 

  • Writing and story editing video scripts for Disney, LeapFrog, The Fuzees and Basho & Friends

  • Designing science and geography activity kits for Little Passports and Discovery Kids

  • Facilitating the first YouTube Kids Educational Advisory Panel and authoring the Creating for YouTube Kids Field Guide, an online resource for content creators

  • Co-founding AMP’D! Songs to Rock Childhood, a growing collection of original indie-rock videos that explore tricky topics like leadership, empathy, inclusion and resilience.
